Refund Policy
At AMTRAIN, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. This policy explains when and how refunds apply to our weight-loss plans and related services.
1) What this policy covers

Digital products and programs (e.g., downloadable plans, app/portal access, meal/workout plans).

Subscription memberships.
-
Live or 1:1 services (e.g., coaching calls, webinars, group sessions).

Physical items (if/when offered).
2) Digital plans (one-time purchases)

7-day grace period (first purchase only): You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have used less than 20% of the plan content and have not attended any live session included with that plan.

After 7 days or after exceeding the usage limits above, purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.
Note (UK/EU): Under consumer law, you may have a 14-day right to cancel a digital service before we start providing it or before you access/download it. If you consent to immediate access (e.g., logging in, downloading, or streaming content), you may lose this right for that purchase.
3) Subscriptions & renewals

Cancel anytime: You can cancel future billing at any time from your account or by contacting us.

Refunds on renewals: We don’t refund partial billing periods once a renewal has processed, unless required by law.

If a free trial is offered, charges begin after the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
4) Coaching calls, live sessions & groups

Rescheduling: Please give 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.

No-shows/late cancellations: Missed sessions or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Packages that include multiple sessions are refundable only for unused sessions within 7 days of purchase, minus any sessions already taken (charged at the single-session rate).
5) Bundles, promos & gift codes

Discounted/promotional sales, gift codes, and bundles are non-refundable unless the underlying item qualifies under Sections 2–4 or local law requires otherwise.
6) How to request a refund

For subscriptions: confirm if you want cancellation only or a refund review
We may request usage logs (e.g., lesson completion, downloads) to verify eligibility.
7) Processing & method of refund

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank/card provider to post the credit.

We cannot refund to a different card or method.
8) Chargebacks & account access

If you open a chargeback while a refund review is in progress, we may pause your account. Proven unauthorized charges will be refunded; otherwise, our policy applies.
9) Misuse & fair use
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, content scraping, or policy fraud).
10) Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer laws (including UK Consumer Rights Act and EU consumer rules).
11) Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted on our website at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
